Meet the Candidate
Problem Solver. 24-Year Bonita Springs Resident.
I grew up in Milwaukee in a hardworking family of six, alongside my identical twin brother. My family made their living in the trades—plumbers, electricians, and a mason uncle—instilling in me the value of hard work, integrity, and problem-solving from an early age.
Despite challenging economic times, I pursued higher education and earned degrees in civil engineering, finance, and Real Estate & Development, with the latter two from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.
In the 1980s, I worked on engineering projects focused on traffic patterns, commercial buildings, and bridge design—experience that gave me a strong foundation in infrastructure and long-term planning. I later transitioned into economics and finance, founding my own firm specializing in forensic economics, where I provide financial analysis in complex legal cases.
In addition to my professional work, I've taught at the International College, sharing my knowledge and experience with the next generation of students.
My work has been recognized nationally—I've been quoted in Forbes, Businessweek, and Newsweek. As part of my work with Forbes, I contributed to projects calculating the net worth of U.S. presidential cabinet members and members of Congress.
For decades, my work has centered on solving real-world problems for individuals and businesses. I've authored more than 150 articles and two books in my field.
"For the past 24 years, I've been proud to call Bonita Springs home. I own a small commercial building on Old 41 near Bernwood and understand firsthand the challenges and opportunities facing local businesses and residents."
I share my life with my partner, Elena, and together we're part of a blended family. We love being active in the community—whether it's enjoying sunsets at Doc's Beach House, visiting local favorites like Sugarshack and Wonder Gardens, or meeting friends for brunch at Shangri-La.
I'm running for City Council to bring practical experience, thoughtful planning, and a deep commitment to our community's future.
"I am not a politician — I am a problem solver. I will look out for Bonita Springs' best interest."
You have my word.
